RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At ProSystems, we strive to satisfy our customers and provide them with the best possible products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where our customers may need to return a product or request a refund. In such cases, we have established the following policy:
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that the return is subject to management approval. Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed, and they are subject to management approval. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.
